📋 Description

• Own key projects and initiatives across designated i-Ready Classroom Mathematics and science products or workstreams • Serve as the primary math and science product or implementation subject matter expert for assigned areas • Manage project timelines, dependencies, risks, and cross-functional coordination • Own special projects related to sales-cycle requests and implementation trends, including adoption cycles, state adoption submissions, and curriculum edition launches • Execute assigned priorities aligned with Revenue Operations goals • Monitor the K–8 mathematics and science curriculum landscape, adoption calendars, and ESSA efficacy evidence • Execute work in internal knowledge management systems and maintain accurate source-of-truth content • Lead knowledge management audits, article reviews, SME coordination, deadline management, and content quality assurance • Monitor and update IST Support cases, IST Request deliverables, and content flags • Flag artifacts and deliverables requiring SME review before publication or release • Act as a Tier 2 SME for IST Support cases and resolve IST Request Form submissions • Create and maintain math and science enablement resources • Collaborate with Enablement SMEs and cross-functional partners, escalating risks or blockers • Maintain timely communication through email, Slack, and meetings

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, education, operations, or related field • A combination of experience and education amounting to 4 years will be considered • 3+ years of professional experience in operations, product marketing, product management, process management, or similar fields • Experience leading projects requiring cross-functional collaboration • Working knowledge of K–8 mathematics instruction and standards-aligned curriculum design • Working knowledge of K–8 science instruction and standards-aligned curriculum design, including NGSS and state science frameworks • Ability to present information to audiences with a wide array of knowledge and craft communications for large audiences • Ability to complete projects with tight deadlines and adapt to changing priorities • Strong analytical skills to track and narrate key metrics • Creative thinking and ability to analyze open issues to drive business efficiency and revenue generation • Ability to work independently and respond to problems • Experience working with EdTech software, content, and services is preferred • Travel less than 5%, less than twice a month for training or team meetings
