📋 Description

• Report directly to the Director IT Business System – SAP and be responsible for Curtiss-Wright SAP data migration activities • Develop the data migration strategy and execution plan • Manage complex data cleansing and data migration design needs • Lead the data migration lifecycle, including source and data identification, mapping, extraction, transformation, and loading • Partner with business process owners, SAP Functional Leads, and SAP Technical teams to define scope and control design complexity • Develop data mock plans, set up mock data loads, and build mock dashboards • Lead data mapping workshops and develop data migration work in SAP Data Services • Provide subject matter expertise in ETL, data tiering, data cleansing, and migration processes • Develop the data catalog and data resource plan and scheduling • Create and maintain data conversion documents • Report data migration progress to leadership

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree • 10+ years of experience in industry-standard Extract, Transform, Load methodology • Ability to translate business requirements into SAP Functional Technical Specifications • Ability to understand and translate data conversion requirements into Conversion Design Documents • Minimum 10+ years of SAP experience in SAP Data Services and/or other ETL software or tools • Hands-on experience with SAP data migration technologies, including S/4HANA Migration Cockpit and LSMW • Knowledge of IDOC is beneficial • Experience with one or more SAP domains, such as Finance or Controlling, Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, Manufacturing, or Supplier Relationship • Experience in data and SAP data analysis • Experience with the SAP data model • Hands-on experience with SAP table structures and SAP query (SQVI) • Excellent communication skills and ability to work with business analysts and developers as a liaison • Experience in a Waterfall or Agile working environment • May require eligibility to access export-controlled information and additional security screening
