📋 Description

• Provide strategic oversight and guidance to Program Management teams • Lead departmental or cross-functional teams delivering new or upgraded products • Monitor projects from initiation through delivery, organizing cross-functional activities to keep projects on schedule and within budget • Develop and implement program management strategy aligned with organizational goals • Lead initiatives to enhance program effectiveness and long-term sustainability • Integrate innovative methodologies and technologies into program management practices • Conduct post-project evaluations and implement lessons learned • Cultivate relationships with key stakeholders and collaborate with leadership • Advise on program management best practices and performance metrics • Define, monitor, and analyze KPIs to assess program success and strategic alignment • Provide executive leadership with insights and recommendations for continuous improvement • Identify and assess program risks and implement mitigation strategies • Ensure adherence to organizational policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements • Oversee strategic resource planning and allocation across programs

🎯 Requirements

• Extensive experience managing large-scale, complex programs with a focus on strategic impact, risk management, and resource optimization • Proven ability to lead and inspire diverse teams and foster a collaborative environment • Superior analytical and problem-solving skills • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Advanced knowledge of project management software and tools • Proficiency in Microsoft Office • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment while maintaining long-term strategic goals • Must be a US citizen • Able to obtain and maintain DOD security clearance • Willingness to travel 30%-50% to EMS sites
