📋 Description

• Report to a Regional Vice President • Manage the TRICARE contract within an assigned geography, potentially covering a multi-state area • Link market-level strategic, operational, and tactical actions for Humana Military, DHA, DHNs, and MTFs • Oversee day-to-day TRICARE activities across designated PSAs, NPSAs, MTFs, Coast Guard clinics, and National Guard and Reserve Units • Provide expert consultative services to DHN and MTF personnel to create and sustain a local integrated healthcare system aligned with the MHS Quadruple Aim • Develop, influence, and implement strategies and courses of action to improve DHN/MTF optimization, a ready medical force, and medically ready service members • Supervise TRICARE service delivery and network operations, including customer support and outreach, network adequacy, access-to-care standards, provider relationships, provider education, and provider management • Participate in developing Alternative Payment Methodologies and Demonstration Pilots aligned with Value-Based Care models

🎯 Requirements

• U.S. citizenship required • Successfully receive interim approval for government security clearance (NBIS - National Background Investigation Services) • Candidates currently living in Puerto Rico cannot be hired • 5 years of leadership experience in the healthcare industry • Strategic planning experience • Experience in the Military Health System and/or with TRICARE contracts • Experience with fiscal stewardship or responsibility for managing cost trends • Network development and management experience • Managed Care experience • Experience coordinating the activities of diverse functions • Ability to work Central and/or Eastern Time Zone hours • Minimum download speed of 25 Mbps and upload speed of 10 Mbps • Ability to work from a dedicated space without ongoing interruptions to protect member PHI/HIPAA information • Bachelor's degree preferred
