📋 Description

• Analyze data from multiple sources including CMMS, Accounting, Lease Administration, SPO, and Corporate systems • Prepare comprehensive financial reporting packages timely and accurately • Conduct research and analysis using data management tools and spreadsheets • Communicate complex accounting issues and escalate appropriately • Communicate and collaborate with clients, operation teams, and corporate stakeholders • Manage Account Performance Metrics including KPIs, CPIs, and SLAs • Partner with account leadership to support Savings Glidepath, spend benchmarking, forecasts and modelling, and utilization reporting • Perform other related duties as required or requested

🎯 Requirements

• College degree in Finance or Accounting preferred • One to three years of experience or equivalent combination of education and experience • Experience with Yardi or other real estate accounting software preferred • Strong Excel skills • BI Analytics and other MS Office tools • May be required to travel up to 5% of the time • Ability to perform close visual acuity activities such as preparing and analyzing data and figures, transcribing, and viewing a computer terminal
