📋 Description

• Lead and schedule meetings and prepare agendas • Develop and maintain master program budgets and timelines • Drive program enhancements and growth to achieve client needs and goals • Provide governance to ensure data quality and develop trainings • Prepare and coordinate program reports for clients, Account/Portfolio Manager, and property/facility management teams • Review invoices, change orders, and work-order documents; advise and counsel management teams • Provide documentation and reports to clients and building/facility management teams • Cooperate with building/facility personnel to achieve quality, service, cost, and profit objectives • Report major problems, findings, results, and recommendations to the Account/Portfolio Manager and senior building/facility manager • Establish goals and objectives with timetables for supervised units when required • Manage large data sets, validate and update data, and provide reports • Perform other related duties as required or requested • Provide facility management experience to designated programs and assignments for client accounts, property portfolios, or large facilities/complexes • Coordinate client-contracted facility management and tenant improvement consulting programs • May supervise data analysts and/or Facility Coordinators

🎯 Requirements

• A BA/BS degree or equivalent combination of education, training and experience in project coordination is preferred • A minimum of three years of experience in a corporate real estate environment in space planning, MAC projects, furniture reconfiguration, project management or facilities management • Bachelors degree in Facilities Management, Corporate Real Estate, Project Management, or Business Administration required • A minimum of 5-7 years of commercial high-rise, campus environment, and/or property portfolio management experience required • Experience in leasing, construction, engineering and all facets of property operation and building management preferred • Experience with critical system environments desired • Experience in the development and implementation of programs to drive out cost inefficiencies preferred • CMMS/Work Order Management experience preferred • Certified Facility Manager (CFM), IFMA, or BOMA industry certifications recommended • Ability to read and understand construction specifications and blueprints • Proficient in understanding management agreements and contract language • Strong literacy in Microsoft Office Suite (MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint) • Strong discipline of financial management including financial tracking, budgeting and forecasting • Knowledge of Financial Systems; Yardi a plus • Skilled in Building Management Systems maintenance and monitoring • Ability to use Monday.com, Excel, Word, AutoCAD, and PowerPoint • Ability to travel outside between properties in varying weather conditions • Must be able to communicate with others, operate computers and office productivity machinery, move about the workplace, remain stationary for 50–75% of the time, and extend hands and arms
