📋 Description

• Support and, in some cases, lead Supply Chain Execution, Customer Proposal, and Program Start-up efforts for the Ship Systems Integration & Sustainment portfolio • Serve as a liaison between program office, engineering, operations, quality, contracts, and finance organizations • Develop, coordinate, and execute material strategies for SSI programs • Participate in program, IPTL, and supplier meetings as a core SCM member • Develop and execute material program plans and subcontract management plans • Own the supplier management process, including supplier performance, supply chain metrics, Make/Buy strategy, and strategic agreements • Own supplier and finance management processes, including Risk/Opportunity, Line of Balance, metrics, and material sales forecasts • Liaise between Program Executive, Program Managers, IPTs, and Supply Chain organization • Oversee Supply Chain Management activities needed to meet program requirements • Coordinate links among Sourcing, Logistics, and Production Control functions • Address urgent supply chain tasks, including Purchase Requisitions integrity, Single/Sole Source Justifications, Supplier Statements of Work, and Purchase Order follow-up • Represent the Supply Chain organization on policies, strategies, and objectives • Implement continuous improvement through CORE, Six Sigma, or related Lean methodologies

🎯 Requirements

• University degree or equivalent experience and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience, or an advanced degree in a related field and minimum 3 years experience • Minimum 3 years of experience in a supply chain or related role such as Production Control, Operations, Finance, or Supplier Engineering • Experience working in a cross-functional matrixed Integrated Product Team (IPT) environment • U.S. citizenship required • Eligibility to obtain a security clearance • MPM level 4 certification or equivalent experience preferred • Experience with Prime Contract Requirements and Statements of Work (SOW) preferred • Experience with Supplier Statements of Work (SOW) preferred • Expertise with Supply Chain, Production Control, or Procurement processes preferred • Expertise with Special Access Programs, MRP systems, and requirements management preferred • Expertise in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint preferred • Ability to travel domestically up to 20%; some travel required up to 25%
