📋 Description

• Establish the cost management program and deliverables for large-scale capital programs • Prepare quantity take-offs, analyses, estimates, and studies for electrical scope of work • Use NECA resources to evaluate labor productivities • Integrate third-party plans and cost components into integrated cost plans • Provide detailed cost risk, issue, and mitigation analysis to project managers, clients, construction managers, engineering teams, and third parties • Drive project accruals and forecasting on monthly, biweekly, and weekly cycles as required • Support risk management and facilitate quantitative risk assessments • Develop and lead earned value components of complex manufacturing programs • Support project control and project execution plan development • Review and approve subcontractor and third-party invoices • Assist with RFPs, RFQs, and project-related contract negotiations • Drive project estimate development and value engineering • Develop cost management procedures for Cushman & Wakefield and clients

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management or related field • 8 or more years of related experience working as a cost management expert on capital projects, including design and construction phases • Electrical estimating experience, including ability to interpret complex electrical drawings and prepare quantity take-offs • Direct experience working on teams within a complex, matrixed environment • Expertise using Excel • Experience within the construction industry required • Experience with data centers and life science preferred • Additional life sciences experience strongly preferred • Exceptional organizational, analytical and problem-solving abilities
