📋 Description

• Lead complex data analysis and develop reports, dashboards, and visualizations to support business decision-making • Evaluate data quality, validate reporting accuracy, and resolve data discrepancies across multiple information sources • Lead requirements gathering and develop business requirements, user stories, and process documentation for informatics initiatives • Plan, coordinate, and independently support delivery of informatics projects and project activities across multiple stakeholders • Facilitate communication between business partners and technical teams to support project execution and solution development • Support large-scale or complex technology initiatives and advanced Agile delivery processes • Perform informatics project management, data analysis, and business analysis activities • Coordinate project delivery and support technology solutions that improve operational effectiveness and informed decision-making

🎯 Requirements

• Associate's degree and four (4) years of experience with project-based work structures, project lifecycle models and report development, product or project management, business analysis, Agile delivery, Information Technology, or business operations • Requires certification • Equivalent combination of education and experience accepted • Applicable certification(s) may be substituted for equivalent degree and experience requirements • Certification in PMI PMP or PMI-ACP, ITIL, IIBA CCBA or CBAP, Certified Scrum Master (CMS), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), or an equivalent certification will be accepted • Must have a valid driver's license • Must reside within North Carolina • All candidates must pass a drug test as a condition of employment
