📋 Description

• Oversee transaction management delivery for complex real estate portfolios from initiation through completion • Lead transaction service delivery across assigned client portfolios • Collaborate with brokerage professionals to develop transaction strategies and negotiate business terms • Lead negotiation of LOIs, lease agreements, amendments, and other transaction documents • Manage field broker selection processes and coordinate transaction teams • Determine client requirements, communicate project parameters, coordinate legal reviews, resolve transaction issues, and support site visits and market tours • Lead development of strategic real estate plans and advisory support • Identify occupancy cost savings and support portfolio optimization strategies • Produce and support business cases, reports, data, financial analyses, action plans, and value-add analyses • Collaborate with client stakeholders, internal contributors, brokerage professionals, portfolio administration, and account partners • Present transaction activity in client and C&W management reviews • Lead client meetings and communicate progress • Prepare and manage financial analyses, budgets, rebate accounts, revenue tracking, and transaction reports • Develop and improve processes, documentation, communications, reporting workflows, and transaction governance • Leverage AI-enabled and technology-driven solutions to improve execution, reporting, analysis, workflow efficiency, and client outcomes • Supervise and guide transaction team members • Ensure data accuracy, consistent transaction reporting, and compliance with state real estate standards and account requirements

🎯 Requirements

• Experience and qualifications relevant to the role • Ability to lead transaction service delivery across assigned client portfolios • Knowledge of real estate transactions, including renewals, acquisitions, dispositions, lease restructures, and owned and leased real estate transactions • Ability to negotiate Letters of Intent (LOIs), lease agreements, amendments, and other transaction documents • Ability to develop strategic real estate plans and provide transaction-informed advisory support • Ability to prepare, review, interpret, and apply financial analysis and accounting concepts • Ability to manage budgeting activities, client rebate accounts, and transaction revenue tracking • Ability to develop and improve standardized processes, account playbooks, standard forms, procedures, and performance measurements • Ability to leverage AI-enabled and technology-driven solutions • Ability to supervise and guide transaction team members • Knowledge of applicable state real estate standards and account-level transaction requirements
