• Provide clinical support for CVRx technology and business applications through customer education and procedure coverage • Communicate product and clinical benefits of Barostim therapy to cardiologists, heart failure/hypertension specialists, and cardiac/vascular surgeons • Facilitate training programs on proper application of Barostim therapy for clinicians, office staff, and hospital staff • Provide technical support and troubleshooting during implant procedures, follow-up procedures, titrations, and patient office visits • Develop market-specific communication plans with Territory Managers • Launch CVRx programs at new customer sites and ensure ongoing program commitment • Drive utilization and expansion of Barostim therapy through disease-state education and therapeutic-program development • Act as clinical interface between the medical community and the business • Meet healthcare providers to identify clinical needs, goals, and patient-care constraints and provide feasible solutions • Follow sales management processes and reporting systems, including maintaining accurate device and programmer records in Salesforce • Provide backup support to other field staff as needed • Partner with Territory Managers, sales leaders, and internal teams to support commercial expansion of products
• Must reside in Indianapolis Metro area • Bachelor’s degree in applicable field or equivalent combination of education and experience • Experience with products for cardiology or cardiac surgery therapeutic devices; heart failure experience prioritized • Effective interpersonal skills and ability to manage relationships with key customer groups and CVRx staff • Ability to master medical and surgical concepts and active implantable medical device technology • Independent, self-motivated self-starter with drive and persistence to introduce novel technology to market • Detail-oriented, reliable, and able to work independently • Proficient with Microsoft Office and able to learn Salesforce, content management, learning management, and other systems • Able to lift up to 10 lbs. comfortably • Ability to travel 60% or more; some overnights may be required • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation • Certain sites may require full vaccination against COVID-19 and other diseases
