📋 Description

• Provide in-home health evaluations for health plan members • Engage with people in their homes and build trusted relationships • Conduct approximately 45-minute visits • Review medications and medical histories • Perform physical evaluations • Provide additional diagnostic and preventive services, including diabetic eye exams, spirometry, and bone density screening • Conduct virtual visits as needed • Visit people nationwide to connect them with appropriate care • Travel locally and within licensed states, including possible overnight hotel stays, car rentals, and flights • Use an iPad and intuitive clinical workflow • Do not prescribe medicine, order lab tests, or alter current treatment regimens

🎯 Requirements

• Active, unrestricted license(s) in coverage area(s) • Able to obtain and maintain multi-state licenses in coverage area, as required • MD or DO qualification • Able to comfortably and safely perform duties in homes that may contain household pets, secondhand smoke and other potential airborne allergens or irritants • Willingness and ability to travel locally and within licensed states, up to 100% of the time • Able to conduct virtual visits as needed • Able to use an iPad and clinical workflow • Able to perform medication and medical history reviews, physical evaluations, and diagnostic tests as indicated
