📋 Description

• Lead and execute projects and initiatives within an information technology environment • Own development, maintenance, governance, and implementation of enterprise clinical workflow policies and standards • Translate clinical, operational, and regulatory requirements into actionable EHR-enabled policies • Support enterprise workflow standardization and alignment across care settings • Assess workflow changes and recommend policy and standards updates • Provide policy expertise during workflow redesign, implementation, and adoption • Lead enterprise-wide clinical assessment of AI-enabled Epic capabilities and related technology platforms, including Abridge • Define and apply evaluation frameworks covering patient impact, safety, clinical quality, provider experience, workflow adoption, privacy, security, operational readiness, and regulatory alignment • Evaluate business value, return on investment, financial impact, productivity, utilization, and clinical and operational outcomes • Establish monitoring, feedback loops, issue escalation, and continuous process improvement • Collaborate with clinical leaders, Quality & Safety, Patient Safety, operational stakeholders, Epic analysts, informatics partners, technology owners, and enterprise functions • Deliver executive-level updates on status, risks, and decisions needed • Develop and maintain enterprise stakeholder relationships • Support change initiatives and embed policies within Epic workflows • Implement mechanisms to gather and act on stakeholder feedback

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of five years of related clinical informatics, enterprise policy, Quality & Safety, patient safety, or healthcare technology assessment experience • Bachelor's degree is required or equivalent experience • Clinician is preferred, but not required • Master’s degree preferred
