📋 Description

• Define and communicate the broader vision and execute IT strategy in alignment with organizational standards • Serve as the primary stakeholder contact for architects, application owners, and engineers • Define strategy, prioritization, and execution • Establish epics and initiatives aligned with strategic goals and product roadmaps • Develop and maintain roadmaps connecting business needs with scalable technical solutions • Lead application architecture, design, development, delivery, and optimization of next-generation digital applications, including reporting and financial solutions • Build secure, scalable, high-performance AI-enabled solutions across AWS, Azure, and GCP • Set architectural direction and influence engineering standards • Build and lead high-performing teams solving complex, business-critical technical problems • Use performance data to create feedback loops for continuous insight and improvement • Champion product management and Agile mindsets • Communicate team successes and identify areas for growth • Mentor and coach engineers across levels • Act as a technical advisor to engineering and product leadership • Influence cross-team technical direction and strategy

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ progressive years of experience defining and driving full stack software engineering, architecture, and delivery of cloud-native platforms for large-scale distributed systems and digital platforms • 5+ years of hands-on experience in senior/principal/architect roles building cloud-native applications with GCP, AWS, Azure, GKE, Google BigQuery, Spanner, Bigtable, or other PaaS • Deep expertise in API-first and microservices architectures • 5+ years of experience with Angular, React, React TypeScript, or React JS • 5+ years of experience building backend functionality using Python, API Forge, REST API, or Java • 5+ years of experience with Scrum iterative delivery, Agile concepts, sprint planning, and CI/CD • 3+ years of hands-on experience integrating AI/GenAI capabilities • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience • Experience with AI development tools such as Cursor, Copilot, Vertex AI Studio, or Claude Code is a plus • Experience building enterprise healthcare or regulated-industry platforms • Familiarity with healthcare data, privacy, and compliance requirements • Exposure to MLOps and AI lifecycle management • Experience with identity, security, and privacy architectures • Experience influencing architecture across large organizations • Experience contributing to platform or developer ecosystem strategies • Foundational AI knowledge and experience with OpenAI, Gemini, and Agentic AI automation • Experience in the healthcare domain • Experience with cloud networking and firewall implementation • Experience with application and database migration and modernization to the cloud
