📋 Description

• Conduct structured quality checks for compliance, consistency, and responsiveness to RFP requirements • Proofread, edit, and structurally review Aetna Medicaid proposal responses • Ensure content aligns with Aetna style, bid guides, templates, and brand voice • Collaborate with proposal writers and quality team members to provide constructive edits and feedback • Use editing and collaboration tools to improve efficiency and consistency • Support and drive development of internal processes and procedures, including scorecards, quality business reports, style guides, and performance measures • Follow proposal processes, timelines, and quality standards for timely and accurate completion • Build knowledge of Aetna Medicaid products, proposal structure, and industry best practices • Participate in team meetings, training, and coaching to strengthen editing, compliance, and quality review skills

🎯 Requirements

• 1-2 years of Medicaid proposal experience • 1-2+ years of proposal writing experience • Ability to conduct structured quality checks for compliance, consistency, and RFP responsiveness • Knowledge of Aetna style, bid guides, templates, and brand voice • Experience collaborating with proposal writers and quality team members • Proficiency with SharePoint, Microsoft Word, PerfectIt, Microsoft Office, Excel, Teams, PowerPoint, AI technology/tools, Asana, Domo, and proposal management software • Ability to work extended hours, including nights and weekends, during proposal review stages • Ability to travel up to 15-30% • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Understanding of Associated Press and internal style guides • Knowledge of APMP and Shipley best practices recommended • Six Sigma certification recommended • APMP Bid/Proposal Foundation Certification recommended • Five+ years of experience in a quality reviewer/editor capacity • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
