📋 Description

• Make outbound telemarketing calls to prospective patients • Make 300+ outbound calls daily and convert prospects to new patients • Understand patient needs and articulate Oak Street Health’s unique proposition • Build rapport, actively listen, ask qualification questions, overcome objections, and close sales • Understand Medicare Basics and insurance • Schedule initial doctor’s appointments with new patients • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly quotas • Perform other duties as assigned • Attend mandatory 4-week training and pass a series of exams • Work within sales center hours of operation, 5 am–7 pm Monday–Saturday, subject to business needs

🎯 Requirements

• Call center outbound sales experience and/or telemarketing • Proficient PC skills and computer literacy • Basic Google Suite skills and ability to navigate systems • Prior remote work experience • Ability to obtain high-speed internet and hardwire equipment to router/modem • Distraction-free and private remote work environment • Reliable dependent care during working hours • Own transportation for instances where on-site support is required within 50 miles of a physical OSH location/center • Ability to participate in classroom-style remote training sessions • Proficient in learning new technology and communication tools • Good attendance and time management skills • Experience working with Salesforce or similar CRM preferred • Proficient with navigating multiple systems while speaking to prospects • Excellent listening and communication skills • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively • Coachable and desire to learn a new industry • High School diploma or equivalent required • US work authorization • Ability to attend and pass the mandatory 4-week training course, 8 am–5:30 pm Monday through Friday
