📋 Description

• Develop underlying pricing factors and assumptions used in NA/PEX pricing • Maintain pricing tools and assist with enhancements • Conduct ad hoc pricing studies and requests from business partners • Monitor emerging results • Collaborate with Underwriting on plan sponsor pricing opportunities for new and renewal business • Collaborate with other departments to assist with pricing assumptions • Support pricing, forecasting, and financial management of fully insured business • Analyze large-scale data and contribute to strategic business decision-making

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Actuarial Science strongly preferred; degrees in Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Chemistry, or a closely related quantitative field will also be considered • 0-1 years of related experience required • Pursuing ASA with 1-2 exams passed • Experience working with large and detailed data sets • Strong communication and collaboration skills • Solid technical, analytical, and creative problem-solving skills • Organized, data driven, statistically minded, and attentive to detail • Self-motivated and intellectually curious, with a desire to continuously improve processes • Adaptable as business needs and priorities evolve • Bachelor’s degree or higher in actuarial science or related field • 1-2 Actuarial exams
