📋 Description

• Develop actuarial templates and recommend methodologies to enhance analytical processes • Lead initiatives to improve team tools and processes • Manage actuarial projects, ensuring timely and accurate completion • Conduct peer reviews of actuarial work • Enhance and update existing actuarial models • Perform and improvise analyses on unfamiliar topics, determining appropriate methods and deviating from standard tools/formulas when necessary • Justify and explain actuarial work and decisions clearly and effectively • Communicate effectively across the team, ask for help when needed, and mentor junior team members • Provide analyses and commentary to internal and external customers • Recommend methodology changes

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required • 5+ years of related experience and/or training required • ACAS required • Ability to interpret and analyze various types of data • Ability to write reports and correspondence • Ability to present analytical analyses and concepts to diverse groups • Microsoft Office proficiency required, including Word, Access, and PowerPoint • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel • Working knowledge of Tableau, R, SAS, Python, or Microsoft SQL, including data extraction and manipulation
