• Execute and enhance reporting, valuation, earnings analysis, FP&A, and hedging activities • Communicate financial results to senior management • Design and implement reporting support for VM22, reinsurance, and business integration • Analyze GAAP, statutory, and management reporting results, including reserves, earnings, and capital movements • Enhance governance through change management, internal controls, and offshore partner review • Partner with pricing, modeling, and corporate actuarial teams to align stakeholder needs and communicate results • Analyze results to identify drivers, limitations, and improvement opportunities • Develop and improve analytical tools, reporting processes, and process capabilities • Provide mentorship and project leadership to onshore and offshore team members • Support financial reporting, reserve analytics, hedging, reinsurance, and business performance for Individual Annuities
• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent combination of education and experience) in mathematics, actuarial science, business, or a related field preferred • ASA required; FSA preferred • Hands-on actuarial business experience in the Individual Annuities space required • 5+ years of experience preferred • Modeling experience including change management, internal controls, and review required • FP&A and FIA financial reporting experience preferred • Experience with GGY AXIS and Python preferred • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail • Ability to own and explain reserve movements • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Criminal background investigation and employment, education, and licensing verification required • Must be bondable
