📋 Description

• Support behavioral health care management operations and member engagement initiatives • Review and assign new case management referrals • Verify member eligibility and insurance coverage • Conduct member outreach and educate members on available programs and resources • Assist with provider searches, including validating network participation and appointment availability • Coordinate internal and external resources to resolve claims, benefits, and service-related issues • Maintain accurate documentation while ensuring compliance with regulatory and quality standards • Partner with clinical teams on special projects, audits, and process improvement efforts

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of behavioral health experience • Customer service experience • Strong computer skills with the ability to navigate multiple systems • Associate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience • Managed care experience preferred • Psychology or social services background preferred • Bilingual skills preferred • Ability to work Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM in the employee’s time zone • Ability to work 40 hours per week
