📋 Description

• Assess oncology patient needs and develop personalized care plans • Coordinate care across providers, services, and healthcare settings • Advocate for patients and ensure effective communication among care teams • Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as needed • Connect patients with appropriate resources to support overall well-being • Help oncology patients navigate complex care needs • Deliver coordinated, compassionate, patient-centered care • Troubleshoot common technical issues and contact IT for unresolved issues • Work from a designated home workspace while adhering to CVS Health and HIPAA requirements

🎯 Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in your state of residence • 3-5 years of acute oncology nursing experience • Strong problem-solving and clinical decision-making skills • Ability to manage sensitive information with professionalism and confidentiality • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills • Ability to work effectively with diverse patient populations and healthcare teams • Associate Degree in Nursing required • Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred • Oncology Nursing Certification (OCN) or equivalent preferred • Chemotherapy certification preferred • Direct/hardwired internet connection to a modem/router within 7 feet of the computer • Minimum internet speed of 25 Mbps download and 3 Mbps upload • Quiet, secure, private designated home virtual work location compliant with CVS Health and HIPAA guidelines • Must work within the state and city where currently residing • Comfortable setting up and using multiple monitors and navigating multiple applications simultaneously • Ability to communicate via email, calendar invites, Teams messaging, and virtual meetings • Experience with Microsoft Office 365 applications (Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or similar Google Workspace applications • Ability to log in to secure systems such as VPN and EHR portals • Ability to lock computer screens when unattended, manage strong passwords, and recognize suspicious emails or links • Ability to resolve common technical issues independently • Openness to learning new skills as the workplace environment evolves
