📋 Description

• Partner with a business or functional leader to drive execution of strategic priorities, operational initiatives, and organizational objectives • Serve as a trusted advisor and key coordinator across teams • Align priorities, manage critical initiatives, facilitate decision-making, and ensure effective communication and execution • Support the planning, implementation, and monitoring of business priorities and organizational programs • Drive operational excellence across the function • Support strategy execution and operational management • Lead departmental or functional initiatives • Facilitate leadership operating rhythms and cross-functional coordination • Act as an advisor and business partner to a VP or senior leader

🎯 Requirements

• Strong business acumen and strategic thinking capabilities • Demonstrated ability to influence without direct authority across multiple stakeholder groups • Excellent written, verbal, and executive communication skills • Strong project and program management skills, including planning, execution, risk management, and stakeholder coordination • Ability to synthesize complex information into concise executive-level insights and recommendations • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced and evolving environment • Effective relationship-building and collaboration skills across all organizational levels • Experience creating executive presentations, dashboards, and leadership communications • Self-directed with the ability to anticipate needs, exercise sound judgment, and drive outcomes independently • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, collaboration tools, and reporting/analytics platforms • Bachelor's degree preferred in Business Administration, Organizational Leadership, Project Management, Finance, Communications, Information Technology, or related field
