📋 Description

• Support the Global Security Customer Engineering leadership team in shaping, driving, and monitoring initiatives aligned to key business outcomes • Develop and cascade high-impact programs advancing executive priorities • Manage business cadence agendas, communications plans, content creation, meeting briefings, culture and recognition initiatives, and strategic programs • Partner with the Global Security Customer Engineering Lead and directors • Collaborate cross-functionally with GTM leadership, executive offices, Strategy & Operations, Marketing, People Operations, and Communications • Manage and facilitate executive cadences and operating rhythms • Drive internal and external meeting preparation and briefing documents • Lead internal and external communications plans and recognition programs • Own executive-sponsored programs and strategic projects • Support strategic change management initiatives • Maintain and nurture customer and partner relationships • Serve as deputy and proxy where needed • Report to the Global Security Customer Engineering Leader

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience • 15 years of experience in program or project management • Experience with program management spanning planning, execution, and project delivery • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Experience building communications designed for executive audiences • Legal right to work in the country where the position is based without visa sponsorship
