📋 Description

• Own strategic customer relationships end to end across strategic health and pharma accounts • Build relationships with senior stakeholders and keep priorities and workstreams on track • Translate customer goals into strategies, plans, and programs • Partner across Thrive to drive execution and deliver a high-quality customer experience • Create executive-ready presentations, memos, proposals, communications plans, activation timelines, and roadmaps • Own planning, tracking, and documentation of key workstreams • Drive follow-ups from customer and partner meetings • Collaborate with executive leadership on strategic customer initiatives and executive communications • Lead renewal and expansion planning for high-value, complex accounts • Partner with Sales and Leadership to identify opportunities, demonstrate value, and forecast accurately • Lead executive-facing QBRs and long-term partnership discussions • Identify customer needs, challenges, and risks and mobilize internal partners • Navigate changing priorities and respond to feedback with adaptability

🎯 Requirements

• BA/BS degree or equivalent relevant experience • 4–7+ years of experience in investment banking, private equity, consulting, or technology, ideally including chief of staff, business operations, client delivery, or customer-facing experience • Comfortable interfacing directly with customers • Experience working alongside C-suite and senior stakeholders, internally and externally • Experience creating structured, executive-ready plans from ambiguous or evolving direction • Excellent slide creation and presentation skills • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and program management skills • Communications/PR fluency is a plus, not a requirement • Ability to operate autonomously, prioritize well, anticipate needs, and create structure in ambiguity • Ability to understand complex business challenges and turn them into clear plans and impactful solutions • Passion for well-being, performance, and the human impact of technology
