📋 Description

• Deliver on-demand single-session consultations, clinical assessments, triage, and informational services • Leverage advanced technology platforms to enhance customer experience and connect members to appropriate solutions • Support members through phone, video, or chat • Provide timely, high-quality mental health care through the Employee Assistance Program • Work varied schedules supporting a 24/7 call center operation

🎯 Requirements

• Valid, unrestricted independent professional behavioral health clinical license (e.g., LPC, LMFT, LCSW, LMHC, LCMHC, LICSW or Clinical Psychologist) in the state where the candidate will work • 1+ years of crisis intervention experience • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Excellent multitasking abilities • Proficiency in using various technology platforms and tools • Master's degree in a behavioral health or counseling field • Call center work experience preferred • Experience delivering services via chat, video, and phone preferred • Strong rapport-building skills preferred • Experience facilitating positive behavior changes preferred • 1+ years of EAP, Behavioral Health, or Social Services experience preferred • Experience working with diverse populations preferred • Familiarity with brief therapy models and Motivational Interviewing preferred
