📋 Description

• Deliver on-demand single session consultations, clinical assessments, triage, and informational services • Leverage advanced technology platforms to enhance customer experience and connect members to the right solutions • Support members via phone, video, or chat • Provide immediate, 24/7 mental health support through video, live chat, or phone • Work Saturday–Wednesday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM, subject to business and coverage needs • Participate in a shift bid process that occurs at least annually

🎯 Requirements

• Valid, unrestricted independent professional behavioral health clinical license (e.g., LPC, LMFT, LCSW, LMHC, LCMHC, LICSW or Clinical Psychologist) in the state where the candidate will work • 1+ years of crisis intervention experience • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Excellent multitasking abilities • Proficiency in using various technology platforms and tools • Master's degree in a behavioral health or counseling field
