📋 Description

• Provide support and consultation to targeted CVS Caremark members regarding supported disease states • Make outbound calls and handle likely return inbound calls directly with patients • Educate patients on new therapies • Partner with patients to resolve medication non-adherence issues • Work with patients and prescribers to assess the need for supplemental medications based on individual needs and disease states • Collaborate with patients' prescribers, Pharmacy Advisor staff, and other CVS Caremark departments to address patient issues • Complete internal disease-specific training, including behavioral modification and interviewing skills • Use behavioral modification and interviewing skills to positively impact patient health outcomes • Work in a fast-paced call center environment • Participate in developing and refining work systems, tools, processes, and procedures

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ years in Retail, LTC, Hospital or PBM pharmacy experience, or other pharmacist-to-patient consultation experience • Current experience within Caremark Pharmacy Advisor team • Experience working with patients with chronic disease states, especially diabetes • Experience working as a pharmacist in a call center or other remote environment • Adequate home internet required; minimum speeds of 50 mb/sec download and 5 mb/sec upload • BS in Pharmacy or Pharm D. • Must be located in AZ, HI, TX, IL, FL, or PA • Must hold an active, unrestricted pharmacist license in the state of residence • Pharmacy knowledge, drug utilization review, and consultation skills • Strong customer service skills • PC literacy and solid writing skills • Knowledge of pharmacy laws and accurate clinical information • Excellent communication skills • Ability to learn new operating systems and communication strategies • Must be flexible and organized, with a passion for working directly with patients • Screenshot included at the top of resume
