📋 Description

• Provide non-clinical administrative support to clinical teams • Coordinate patient care activities in a timely, accurate, and efficient manner • Partner with nurses, pharmacists, providers, and internal business partners • Manage administrative workflows and maintain patient records • Coordinate documentation and support therapy-related processes • Deliver exceptional customer service • Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and quality standards • Support operational efficiency and positive patient outcomes • Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required • Experience in healthcare administration, specialty pharmacy, or a clinical support environment preferred • Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and healthcare documentation systems • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment • Demonstrated commitment to quality, accuracy, and exceptional customer service • Two or more years of experience in healthcare, specialty pharmacy, care coordination, or a clinical support environment preferred • Experience supporting specialty therapies, infusion services, or complex patient care programs preferred • Knowledge of healthcare regulations, including HIPAA, and understanding of specialty pharmacy or infusion workflows preferred • Experience using electronic health record (EHR) systems and healthcare applications such as Epic, Microsoft Office Suite, and other clinical documentation platforms preferred • Ability to manage multiple priorities while meeting service level agreements (SLAs) and quality standards in a fast-paced environment • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on continuous process improvement • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills with the ability to build effective relationships across multidisciplinary teams • Proven ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams • Experience with quality assurance, documentation review, data tracking, and reporting preferred • Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional service to patients, providers, and internal stakeholders • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and contribute positively to organizational change initiatives
