📋 Description

• Serve as the primary administrative and operational coordinator for practicum training within the Clinical Psychology program • Support students, faculty, program and training directors, site supervisors, and university partners throughout the practicum lifecycle • Administer placement approvals, site vetting, contracts, student compliance, communications, records, reporting, and workflow systems • Help maintain operational continuity in a deadline-driven, compliance-intensive environment

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and experience • Minimum three years' progressively responsible administrative, student services, program coordination, compliance, or clinical-training support experience • Experience coordinating detailed, deadline-sensitive processes across multiple stakeholders and systems is preferred • Resume and cover letter required for a complete application
