📋 Description

• Build the clinical education component for Stepful's Radiologic Technology A.A.S. program • Correlate clinical and didactic education and evaluate alignment each term • Build and qualify the clinical site network, secure accreditor recognition, maintain affiliation agreements, and designate clinical preceptors • Determine student clinical placement and scheduling, ensure equitable procedure access, maintain student-to-clinical-staff ratios, and orient students to sites • Enforce clinical supervision and radiation safety requirements, distribute exposure reports, and complete MRI safety screening • Onboard, train, support, and communicate with clinical preceptors • Track clinical competencies and hours, advise students, and create remediation plans • Support accreditation documentation, assessment plans, clinical outcomes analysis, reports, filings, and site visits • Participate in didactic and/or clinical instruction, with an opportunity to teach clinical courses for the first cohort • Maintain professional currency and knowledge of program policies and student progress • Travel to Texas partner sites for evaluations, preceptor development, clinical visits, student advisement, and accreditation visits • Report to the Imagine Programs Lead and work alongside the Program Director with operations and partnerships teams

🎯 Requirements

• Reliable access to a major airport and availability to travel to Texas • Bachelor's degree or higher from an institution accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Secretary of Education or CHEA • Current ARRT R.T.(R) certification • Current Texas GMRT certificate from the Texas Board of Medical Radiologic Technology • Minimum two years' clinical experience in radiography • Minimum one year's experience as an instructor in a JRCERT-accredited program • Proficient in curriculum development, supervision, instruction, evaluation, and academic advising • Working knowledge of the JRCERT Standards for an Accredited Educational Program in Radiography and of ABHES clinical experience requirements, or willingness to learn • Prior clinical coordinator or clinical instructor experience in a JRCERT-accredited radiography program is a bonus • Experience managing clinical education across multiple sites or health systems is a bonus
