• Provide in-person customer support for Fujifilm Endoscopy equipment during hands-on courses and training, primarily on weekends. • Serve as the primary regional resource for customer training and education on Fujifilm equipment and services. • Act as the primary point of contact for regional hands-on events and trainings. • Manage equipment requests, enter equipment into the internal database, communicate needs, coordinate with Operations, and ensure equipment is shipped. • Work with the manager to identify internal resource needs based on event size and duration. • Set up and support Fujifilm video tower/system. • Inspect, troubleshoot, and maintain Fujifilm equipment. • Support equipment functionality and operation throughout regional events and trainings. • Pack up equipment after each event or training. • Identify process improvements and implement efficiency-enhancing workflows. • Support accounts with proper handling, reprocessing, and functionality of Fujifilm equipment. • Support use of Fujifilm equipment in clinical research projects. • Share key learnings with regional clinical specialists. • Attend local, regional, and national trade shows as requested. • Adhere to safety policies and applicable FDA, ISO 13485, laws, regulations, and standards. • Report directly to the Senior Manager, Clinical Education and Product Coordination.
• High School Diploma or equivalent is required. • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related quantitative disciplines preferred. • Minimum of 2 years of field sales or clinical experience desired. • Experience providing training on technical equipment is desired. • Knowledge of and experience in GI/pulmonary flexible endoscopy preferred. • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint), MS Outlook and other email applications. • Strong oral and written communication skills to relay technical information and professionally communicate with internal and external customers and team members at all levels. • Strong attention to detail. • Strong time management skills. • Ability to identify ways to improve workflow processes. • Ability to troubleshoot all Fujifilm endo equipment and determine root cause of issues. • Ability to provide expert guidance, training, and support to ensure optimal utilization of Fujifilm’s equipment. • Decision-making skills to determine usage of Fujifilm equipment and type of training needed by customers. • Ability to multi-task and work on several projects simultaneously. • Ability to prioritize customer requirements. • Ability to present information in front of small groups of people. • Ability to use hands and fingers to feel and manipulate items, including keyboards. • Ability to stand, talk, and hear. • Ability to lift and carry up to 25-50 lbs. • Close Vision: ability to see clearly at twenty inches or less. • Extensive (up to 80%) travel may be required, including weekends.
