📋 Description

• Serve as the first point of contact for clinical questions and support • Mentor team members and promote quality, consistency, and best practices • Assist with onboarding, quality monitoring, workflow management, and project initiatives • Support achievement of performance and service goals • Collaborate with leadership and contribute to team communications and meetings • Help create a positive, engaged, and high-performing work environment • Provide guidance on clinical issues • Oversee workflow coordination • Support operational excellence for a care management team • Cover Florida, Pennsylvania and New Jersey health plans

🎯 Requirements

• Active, unrestricted Florida license as an Independent Behavioral Health Clinician (Master's level), or Registered Nurse (RN) with psychiatric specialty, certification, or experience • Must reside in Florida • 3+ years of clinical behavioral health experience • 1+ year of Electronic Medical Record (EMR) documentation experience • Ability to work Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM EST, with flexibility for occasional weekends, holidays, or business needs • Leadership or team lead experience preferred • Managed care or utilization review experience preferred • Behavioral health inpatient experience preferred • Strong critical thinking, organizational, and multitasking skills preferred • Proficiency navigating multiple computer systems preferred
