📋 Description

• Oversee day-to-day management and leadership of the production client contracting drafting team with 8–10 direct reports • Develop and coach the team to manage client expectations and business needs related to contract drafting and issue resolution • Design and implement processes for efficient, accurate drafting and consistent client experience while ensuring legal compliance • Direct client contracting support operations and resolve inquiries, issues, and requests • Develop processes and procedures to streamline support activities and optimize efficiency and service quality • Coach, train, and provide performance feedback to support professionals • Analyze customer feedback and metrics to identify trends and improvement areas • Address complex inquiries, resolve escalated issues, and build client relationships • Collaborate with account management, finance, sales, and product development teams • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and contractual obligations • Administer performance evaluations and audits and make data-driven recommendations • Monitor industry trends, market developments, and client contracting best practices

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5 years of supervisory experience • 5–7 years of contracts experience • Adept at execution and delivery, including planning, delivering, and supporting • Adept at business intelligence • Adept at problem solving and decision-making • Adept at collaboration and teamwork • Adept at growth mindset, agility, and developing yourself and others • Microsoft Excel preferred • Salesforce preferred • Healthcare experience preferred • Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent work experience
