📋 Description

• Design, build, and manage data pipelines and ETL processes integrating HR data from Workday, talent management, payroll, and other systems • Develop and optimize data workflows to ensure data accuracy, quality, and availability • Oversee a team of data engineers and provide mentorship, support, and guidance • Structure data for People Analytics analysis and develop data models • Create reproducible workflows supporting reporting in R, Python, and other analytics tools • Ensure data governance and security protocols comply with company policies and industry regulations • Partner with HR leaders, IT, and People Analytics teams to understand requirements and streamline data requests • Provide insights supporting strategic decisions

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years' experience in Data Engineering • 3+ years' experience with ETL/ELT processes and tools • 3+ years' experience with SQL and relational databases • 2+ years' experience programming in Python for data manipulation, automation, and analysis • 3+ years' experience with cloud platforms, preferably GCP; Azure or AWS may be considered • 2+ years' experience with data warehousing solutions such as Snowflake, Redshift, or BigQuery • 2+ years' experience with scheduling tools such as Airflow or Composer • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, Data Science, or a related field required • Experience with Workday or similar HRIS platforms and HR data flows preferred • Familiarity or working knowledge of PowerBI, Tableau, Oracle BI, Visier, or similar tools preferred • Technical experience in people or talent analytics, data engineering, visualization, business intelligence, or analytical consulting preferred
