📋 Description

• Develop analytic solutions to optimize Utilization Management in healthcare • Explore, examine, and interpret large volumes of data in various forms • Analyze structured and unstructured data to solve moderately complex business problems • Utilize advanced statistical techniques and mathematical analyses • Develop data structures and pipelines to organize, collect, and standardize data • Use data visualization techniques to communicate analytical results and support business decisions • Create and evaluate data needs for assigned projects and assure data integrity • Explore existing data and recommend additional data sources for improvement • Document projects, including business objectives, data gathering and processing, results, and analytical metrics • Work within a cross-functional Analytics & Behavior Change team to deliver analytics, data, and technology solutions for healthcare

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ years of relevant analytic experience • Experience in SQL • Experience programming using R or Python • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in Business Analytics, Economics, Physics, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or related discipline • Preferred: Experience with Google Cloud Platform, BigQuery, and other cloud tools • Preferred: Good written and verbal communication skills and ability to present information to various audiences • Preferred: Ability to resolve problems and roadblocks • Preferred: Interest in statistical analysis, data engineering, and data visualization • Preferred: Ability to work with large data sets from multiple data sources
