📋 Description

• Deliver on-demand single session consultations, clinical assessments, triage, and informational services • Leverage advanced technology platforms to enhance customer experience and connect members to appropriate solutions • Support members through phone, video, or chat for personalized and effective care • Provide immediate, 24/7 access to mental health support for members nationwide • Work the Sat-Wed, 4:00 PM-12:30 AM EST shift • Support a 24/7 call center operation with schedules that may change over time

🎯 Requirements

• Valid, unrestricted independent professional behavioral health clinical license (e.g., LPC, LMFT, LCSW, LMHC, LCMHC, LICSW or Clinical Psychologist) in the state where the candidate will work • 1+ years of crisis intervention experience • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Excellent multitasking abilities • Proficiency in using various technology platforms and tools • Preferred: Call center work experience • Preferred: Experience delivering services via chat, video, and phone • Preferred: Strong rapport-building skills • Preferred: Experience facilitating positive behavior changes • Preferred: 1+ years of EAP, Behavioral Health, or Social Services experience • Preferred: Experience working with diverse populations • Preferred: Familiarity with brief therapy models, including Single Session Consultation • Preferred: Familiarity with Motivational Interviewing • Master’s degree in a behavioral health or counseling field
