📋 Description
• Plan, conduct, and document detailed and unbiased investigations into employee complaints and allegations • Gather relevant information, interview involved parties, and review pertinent documents and records • Prepare clear, concise, and accurate investigative reports that summarize findings and provide recommendations
🎯 Requirements
• At least 7 years of relevant overall experience • At least 5 years of Employee Relations Investigations experience • Bachelor's Degree required; equivalent work experience may substitute • Willingness to travel up to 10%
