📋 Description

• Lead technology product strategy and execution for medical cost portfolios including Care Transitions, Patient Segmentation, Chronic Condition Pathways, and Specialty Care Services • Partner with healthcare delivery leadership to shape end-to-end care models • Serve as a strategic thought partner to business stakeholders and ensure technology teams deliver solutions aligned with business outcomes • Establish shared outcome metrics tied to clinical quality, patient experience, and financial performance • Lead multidisciplinary teams of product managers, Epic analysts, software engineers, data scientists, and designers • Translate clinical ideas into problem statements, product specifications, and Epic/technology architectures • Integrate external data sources such as claims data, remote monitoring, and health plan feeds with internal Epic workflows • Own the technology lifecycle from problem discovery through solutioning, build, deployment, and measurable outcome realization • Establish feedback loops and iterative improvement cycles • Ensure solutions scale across Value-Based Care and Fee-for-Service environments • Lead, mentor, and build high-performing product and cross-functional technology teams • Foster a culture of curiosity, resilience, problem-solving, and joy

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required • 10-15+ years of progressive leadership experience spanning healthcare operations, clinical technology product management, and enterprise EHR implementation, specifically Epic • Expertise with value-based care models and Epic as a core care delivery platform • Hands-on experience with Epic EHR workflows and module configurations • Experience translating operational requirements into Epic builds • Understanding of how external health data enriches EHR clinical workflows • Deep familiarity with clinical operations, Quality Improvement methodologies, Value-Based Care constructs, Fee-For-Service operational dynamics, and medical cost initiative care pathways • Track record of leading cross-functional teams to deliver high-scale technology-backed clinical interventions • Proven history of partnering with primary care delivery networks, retail clinics, or value-based care organizations to improve medical cost trends and clinical care pathways • Demonstrated executive presence and ability to communicate, influence, and build trust with senior executives and frontline team members • Exceptional analytical rigor and ability to frame ambiguous clinical challenges into structured problem statements • Demonstrated people leadership and ability to build high-trust teams • Ability to travel domestically, generally approximately once per quarter
