📋 Description

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Analysts and Senior Analysts • Manage team workloads, priorities, deadlines, and deliverables • Partner with pharmaceutical manufacturers to ensure timely payments and resolve payment discrepancies • Review reconciliations, reserves, disputes, and other team deliverables for accuracy and quality • Analyze issues, identify root causes, and implement long-term solutions • Identify opportunities to improve processes, controls, systems, and operational efficiency • Build strong working relationships with internal and external partners • Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels • Ensure rebate payments from pharmaceutical manufacturers match issued rebate invoices • Help drive client savings and support affordable healthcare solutions

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Finance, Billing, Accounting, or a related field • 4+ years of advanced Microsoft Excel experience • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience • Experience with billing, accounts receivable, and/or reconciliation processes • PBM, pharmaceutical, or healthcare industry experience • Experience presenting information to business partners or leadership • Experience coaching, mentoring, training, or supervising team members • Experience performing financial analysis, reconciliations, and managing complex business processes • Proven ability to build strong relationships and deliver a positive client experience
