📋 Description

• Participate in the development and ongoing implementation of QM Work Plan activities • Improve quality products and services through measurement and analysis • Process and evaluate audit information and make recommendations to meet QM objectives • Complete a variety of medical and clinical audits • Conduct exit interviews with clinical and leadership staff to review audit results • Assist with developing corrective action plans • Develop audit tools for all populations • Track completion of corrective action plans • Complete data entry on all audit tools • Participate in inter-rater reliability and scoring guidelines • Participate in QM meetings • Perform other duties as needed

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in behavioral health • Must reside in Maricopa County, Arizona • Willingness to travel up to 75% of the time within Arizona • Strong organizational skills • Ability to audit independently • Ability to learn quickly and remain adaptable in an evolving environment • Strong relationship-building skills • Previous experience in an outpatient behavioral health environment • Previous experience working with medical records and/or Electronic Health Records (EHR) • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (4 years of relevant experience plus high school diploma or GED)
