📋 Description

• Drive strategic problem solving, opportunity analyses, and new idea generation for Growth team initiatives • Scope and execute initiatives to drive growth efficiency through stakeholder and change management • Collaborate with field leaders, Corporate teams, and executives to align target setting and execute initiatives • Create KPIs and reports to monitor success across Growth channels • Identify improvement opportunities and report findings to executive leaders • Create content for monthly and quarterly executive-level meetings • Manage 1–3 direct reports • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Outstanding communication skills • Experience in a highly-analytical fast-paced environment • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills • Impeccable business judgment • Ability to independently pursue and implement solutions to complex problems • History of taking ownership and delivering results • Strong experience with project management, cross-team stakeholder management and change management • Highly proficient with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint or Google equivalent (Google Sheets, Google Slides) • US work authorization • Management consulting, investment banking, or private equity experience is a plus • Proficiency with advanced analytics tools such as SQL or Alteryx is a plus • Proficiency with Salesforce is a plus • Healthcare background is a plus • Commercial background is a plus • MBA or other advanced degree is a plus • Someone who embodies being “Oaky”
