📋 Description

• Prepare ESOP repurchase obligation studies • Discuss assumptions used in studies • Review study results with clients • Provide consulting on managing repurchase obligation solutions • Assist with new ESOP pre-transaction consulting and plan re-engineering • Assist the Business Development Team by attending proposal meetings and calls with prospects • Participate in internal and external speaking opportunities, including internal training sessions, client webinars, and ESOP conferences • Write articles for publication • Provide forecasts and recommendations in the operation of clients' ESOPs

🎯 Requirements

• Excellent written/oral communication, organization, and client service skills required • Strong time management skills • Self-motivated and detail oriented • Ability to work independently and set priorities with minimal supervision while effectively managing a large project list • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel • Maintain professional working relationships with internal and external clients • Interpret ESOP legal documents • Bachelor's degree • 10+ years retirement industry experience with strong background in ESOP knowledge • Obtain CPA, QKA, QPA, or equivalent certification • Must be authorized to work in the US
