📋 Description

• Lead product strategy and execution for Aetna’s Employee Assistance Program • Direct the strategic development and implementation of large product initiatives, including new products and enhancements • Integrate product strategy into business strategic and operational plans • Lead product managers responsible for product development, vendor selection and oversight, financial planning and tracking, and project management • Develop product management and development strategies aligned with organizational goals, market trends, and customer needs • Conduct market research, customer insight analysis, and industry trend monitoring • Design product roadmaps and prioritize features and enhancements • Manage the product development lifecycle, including planning, backlog management, and iteration reviews • Manage vendor selection and performance • Partner with marketing and sales enablement on product launches, campaigns, onboarding, and adoption • Define product requirements, features, and user stories with cross-functional teams • Align executives and internal stakeholders on objectives and product launches • Develop relationships across Sales, Account Management, and Operations to align product development and user experience with customer expectations • Design and monitor KPIs and product performance metrics • Develop investment requests and monitor performance against business cases

🎯 Requirements

• 10–15 years of relevant work experience • 3–5 years of demonstrated experience managing a product portfolio and driving the full product lifecycle • Demonstrated experience leading a team, including managing direct reports • Demonstrated experience leading projects and influencing internal and external stakeholders up to and including executive level • Adept at execution and delivery skills • Adept at business intelligence • Adept at collaboration and teamwork • Mastery of problem-solving and decision-making skills • Mastery of growth mindset • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, specialized training, or relevant professional qualification • If candidate has an associate’s degree, additional 2 years of experience is needed • Certified Product Manager (CPM) preferred • Managed care or healthcare experience preferred • Digital product experience preferred
