📋 Description

• Oversee and help coordinate projects and initiatives related to facility management and engineering • Identify and prioritize strategic initiatives aligned with business goals • Implement transformational activities that drive organizational change and improvement • Gather and analyze complex data from various sources to inform decision-making • Translate organizational objectives into actionable plans and tangible results • Manage program scope, schedule, and change to ensure successful delivery • Guide the organization through transformational activities and ensure adoption of new processes or systems • Assess business risks and orchestrate clear, timely stakeholder communication • Establish and maintain governance practices throughout the program lifecycle • Collaborate with the Client, Operational & IFM Lead, and Senior Leadership Team to identify improvements and align projects with business strategies

🎯 Requirements

• Ability to effectively communicate with senior level stakeholders including conflict resolution and negotiation • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills including root cause analysis and solution development • Outstanding organizational and time management skills • Ability to work well in a demanding and fast-paced environment • Corporate Real Estate, Facility Management, Engineering experience preferred • Minimum of 5-7 years experience in commercial real-estate required • Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship • This position does not provide visa sponsorship
