📋 Description

• Partner with clinical support, product managers, and designers to translate healthcare business problems into data and product requirements • Build ETL workflows using Dataiku and Python to receive, manipulate, and populate healthcare and operational data • Investigate data to answer stakeholder questions and support decisions affecting member and client outcomes • Research and resolve client issues by writing queries and analyzing data • Support team members in testing, troubleshooting, and documenting work • Contribute to team meetings, brainstorming sessions, and collaborative projects • Share ideas, provide feedback, and contribute to team goals and objectives • Contribute to knowledge management initiatives so knowledge and best practices are understood and shared across the organization • Assist in maintaining the integrated high-performance culture • Work as an individual contributor with no direct reports

🎯 Requirements

• At least 5 years of work experience • 2+ years' experience working with healthcare data, claims, prior authorization, or clinical operations • 4+ years with multiple SQL dialects (T-SQL, Google BigQuery, Oracle) • 4+ years' experience with Python • 4+ years' experience with ETL work using Dataiku or Alteryx • 4+ years in a data engineering role • Experience using project management and Repo applications; Azure DevOps preferred • Problem solving and decision-making skills • Ability to work well independently on multiple projects at the same time • Ability to work well in a team environment • Excellent communication skills including presentation skills • Ability to understand and describe data structures • Bachelor's Degree required • Preferred: Prior Authorization or Clinical Operations experience specifically • Preferred: Experience managing a team of coders • Preferred: 6+ years with multiple SQL dialects (T-SQL, Google BigQuery, Oracle) • Preferred: 6+ years' experience with Python • Preferred: 6+ years' experience with ETL work using Dataiku or Alteryx • Preferred: 6+ years in a data engineering role • Preferred: 6+ years using Azure DevOps and Repos for project management • Preferred: Experience building AI solutions
