📋 Description

• Support product strategy and execution for the clinical data ingestion domain • Translate business goals into clear product requirements and delivery plans • Support the product roadmap and manage day-to-day backlog prioritization • Prioritize data quality initiatives, ML-based transformation efforts, and new HIE or payer-feed integrations • Collaborate with engineering, data science, user design, business, and other technical partners in an agile environment • Gather and document product requirements and help ensure products meet user needs • Support new product launches, including operations training materials and end-user documentation • Identify product improvement opportunities through quantitative analysis and user feedback • Help deliver reliable, accurate, deduplicated, high-fidelity clinical data products for healthcare delivery

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in a product or product-adjacent field • Experience managing product requirements, backlog prioritization, and cross-functional delivery • Strong collaboration skills and ability to work effectively with technical and business stakeholders • Data-driven mindset with ability to use metrics and feedback to evaluate product impact • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Experience in healthcare and/or digital health solutions preferred • Technical familiarity with healthcare interoperability standards, including HL7 and FHIR preferred • Experience working with data pipelines and/or ETL processes preferred • Experience working with Epic or integrating data into an Epic environment preferred • Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent specialized training, relevant professional qualification, or practical experience
