📋 Description

• Coordinate and align activities across operational teams to ensure smooth daily operations • Manage staffing levels, scheduling, and workload distribution for adequate coverage and efficient resource utilization • Analyze workload patterns and forecast resource needs • Monitor operational performance metrics and KPIs • Identify process improvement opportunities through workflow analyses • Address customer or client concerns and investigate operational incidents • Identify root causes and implement corrective actions with stakeholders • Establish and enforce compliance guidelines and quality control processes • Implement quality assurance programs and initiatives to improve operational compliance and quality • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on process improvement initiatives and measure impact • Facilitate communication within operations support teams and with stakeholders • Foster continuous improvement, innovation, employee feedback, operational effectiveness, and customer satisfaction • Oversee ongoing training to ensure team members are versed in and compliant with their roles

🎯 Requirements

• 3 to 5 years of clinician management • Prior experience managing a team of providers • 3 to 5 years of leadership experience • 3 to 5 years of stakeholder management experience • Ability to articulate organizational value to all levels of the company, including executives • Ability to communicate the value of backlog or roadmap using data, KPIs, or expected financial results • Adept at execution and delivery, including planning, delivering, and supporting • Problem-solving and decision-making skills • Collaboration and teamwork skills • Growth mindset, agility, and ability to develop yourself and others • Preferred: 3 to 5 years of prior practice manager experience • Post secondary /high school education or specialized training, i.e., technical/vocational programs
