📋 Description

• Support product strategy and execution for CVS Health’s Epic electronic health record platform and related clinical informatics tools • Support development, configuration, and enhancement of Epic and related informatics products and tools • Manage assigned portions of the Epic product lifecycle from ideation through delivery, including prototyping, build, testing, and go-live • Create features, stories, and workflow designs based on clinical insights, stakeholder research, and Customer Experience needs • Translate informatics goals into product tasks, plans, milestones, and deliverables • Gather use cases and requirements from business, clinical, and operational teams and translate them into Epic product requirements • Coordinate with engineering, data science, integration, and architecture teams in an agile process • Maintain risk and issue logs and identify, track, and escalate risks • Support workstream integration and cross-functional meetings • Prepare product progress, risk, and open-decision status reports for leadership • Support testing procedures and documentation reviews for Epic assessments • Partner with training and change management teams to support readiness, adoption, and feedback • Support iteration planning, release scheduling, and roadmap updates

🎯 Requirements

• 5–7 years of relevant work experience, including healthcare informatics or health IT product/project management experience • Working Epic knowledge, including hands-on experience supporting, configuring, or working within Epic software, modules, or tools in a healthcare enterprise • Adept at execution and delivery, including planning, delivering, and supporting • Demonstrated ability to deliver healthcare technology project tasks on time and within scope • Solid problem-solving and decision-making skills • Collaboration and teamwork skills • Growth mindset, including agility and developing yourself and others • Ability to work with data to support actionable insight • Familiarity with change management and supporting user adoption of clinical technology • Epic certification(s) in relevant modules preferred • Experience with Smartsheet, MS Project, MS Excel, and MS Visio preferred • Experience presenting to and building relationships with stakeholders across a large enterprise preferred
