📋 Description

• Analyze the business, solve problems, and present recommendations to leadership to drive product operations • Plan, design, and manage execution of automation activities that drive value for customers and the enterprise • Design, construct, and execute analyses to meet business case requirements • Source data through observations, tests, interviews, and custom data pulls • Analyze market drivers and identify how CVS is uniquely positioned to leverage them • Develop recommendations to improve healthcare • Problem solve at a tactical level • Articulate conclusions to senior-level leadership • Work cross-functionally to drive programs to success • Build new products, product enhancements, and process improvements • Manage internal and external stakeholders to execute PBM product operations • Communicate and influence at all levels of the organization

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in the PBM industry, especially with specialty pharmacy networks • 5+ years of relevant work experience • 2+ years of high proficiency in Microsoft Excel • Experience working with B2B clients and/or external stakeholders • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience • Excellent written and oral communication • Ability to work independently and with a team to deliver outcomes and drive results • Ability to problem solve, identify issues, and manage through self-reliance to a solution • Independent thinking and ability to navigate ambiguity
