📋 Description

• Develop strategy, product design, business analytics, and stakeholder management for PBM products and operations • Analyze the business, solve problems, and present recommendations to leadership • Plan, design, and manage execution of automation activities that drive value for customers and the enterprise • Design, construct, and execute analyses to meet business case requirements • Source data through observations, tests, interviews, and custom data pulls • Analyze market drivers and CVS Health’s positioning to leverage them • Develop recommendations to improve healthcare • Problem solve at a tactical level and articulate conclusions to senior leadership • Work cross-functionally to drive programs to success • Build new products, product enhancements, and process improvements • Manage internal and external stakeholders to execute product operations for PBM products • Communicate and influence at all levels of the organization

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant work experience • 2+ years of high proficiency in Microsoft Excel • 1+ years of experience in technology innovation • Basic knowledge of APIs and/or connectivity methodologies • 1+ years of experience working with B2B clients and/or external stakeholders • Excellent written and oral communication • Ability to work independently and with a team to deliver outcomes and drive results • Ability to problem solve, identify issues and manage through self-reliance to solution • Independent thinking and ability to navigate ambiguity • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
